DRS was founded by Sadie Weston who began her career in logistics in 2003, at 19 years old working for a recruitment agency, during which she learnt of the importance of compliance and safety following a major road traffic accident. As a result of that experience, Sadie committed herself to creating the most compliant agency in the UK and dedicated her entire career objectives around compliance.
Sadie searched the market for a piece of software that could handle recruitment, compliance and business processes, end to end, to reduce risk and costs through automation. In 2016, she came across a company called ‘Haul-it’ who had begun creating a solution that closely met her objectives. An opportunity arose for her to buy the company enabling her to develop the software, combining her ethical intuition with visionary capabilities of the digital landscape. DRS was founded through her dedication to customise software that simplifies processes, accelerates efficiency and transforms profitability, whilst keeping every candidate safe, every day through automated compliance.
